OVERVIEW

fastplan.io provides AI-generated custom digital Project Plans and Executive Summaries (the “Project Plan”). Because our products are custom digital deliverables generated from the information you provide via our structured questionnaire, the rules for returns and refunds differ from physical goods. This Return & Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued, the procedure to request a refund, and other important terms. By purchasing a Project Plan, you agree to the terms below.


All submissions are automatically reviewed by AI moderation systems for compliance with fastplan.io’s Acceptable Use Policy. Orders containing prohibited, unsafe, or manipulative content (including but not limited to prompt injection attempts, extrafiltration techniques, or malicious code) are automatically declined and are not eligible for refund. fastplan.io reserves the right to cancel any order that violates its policies without prior notice.


NO RETURNS FOR CUSTOM DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All fastplan.io products are custom digital items generated based on User Inputs. Once an order is submitted and processing begins, it cannot be canceled or returned. Orders that include harmful, unsafe, or prohibited material (including prompt injections or other manipulative input) will be declined, and no refund will be issued. Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their submissions.

Except as expressly provided in this Policy, all sales of custom digital products and services are final. We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds based on customer dissatisfaction with the Project Plan's content, or because you disagree with its recommendations. AI-generated content depends on your User Inputs; inaccurate, incomplete, or low-quality inputs may lead to outputs that do not meet expectations. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they submit.

Additionally, dissatisfaction expressed by a third party (for example, a client of the purchaser) with respect to the content, style, or recommendations of a Project Plan does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund. The purchaser, who submitted the original User Inputs, bears responsibility for any third-party reliance or use of the Project Plan.


WHEN REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED

fastplan.io sells custom AI-generated digital products. Refunds are only provided under limited circumstances, such as double payments, accidental duplicate orders, or confirmed technical errors that prevent product delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with the content or perceived quality of a completed Project Plan. If an order is declined, rejected or canceled because your User Inputs violate our Acceptable Use Policy, flagged content, or trigger moderation filters, will not be eligible for refund.


fastplan.io may issue refunds in the following limited circumstances:

1. Duplicate or Processing Errors: If we charge you more than once for the same order, or if a technical or payment processing error occurs, we will refund any duplicate or erroneous charges.

2. Non-Delivery or System Error: If we fail to deliver the Project Plan due to a technical failure on our side (for example, a processing error that prevents generation or delivery), and we cannot successfully remedy the issue within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Material Defect or Manifest Error: In rare cases where the delivered Project Plan contains clear, demonstrable errors that are attributable to system failure (not caused by the User Inputs) and that materially prevent the Project Plan from serving its intended purpose, fastplan.io may offer a reprocessing, repair, or a refund. Claims alleging a material defect must include specific evidence and may be subject to review.

Refunds will not be issued solely because a third party (such as a client or end user of the purchaser) expresses disagreement with, or is dissatisfied by, the content of a Project Plan. Refunds under the 'Material Defect' clause apply only where the defect is directly attributable to a system error or processing failure on fastplan.io's side, not to the quality, completeness, or suitability of User Inputs provided by the purchaser.


QUALITY ISSUES — REPROCESSING & REVISIONS

Because some dissatisfaction claims arise from insufficient or unclear User Inputs, our first step for quality complaints will generally be to offer a reprocessing or revision. This may include:

  • One free reprocessing: We may ask clarifying questions and re-run the generation using your clarified inputs.
  • Guidance for better inputs: We may provide suggestions to improve your submission for a more useful Project Plan.

When you report a quality issue, fastplan.io will first offer remediation via reprocessing and may request additional or clarifying inputs from you. Purchasers must provide the original User Inputs and specific examples demonstrating the alleged defect. If the issue results from the purchaser's inputs (for example, incomplete or low-quality information), we will provide guidance and a single opportunity for reprocessing rather than a refund. Refunds are reserved for cases where, after reasonable reprocessing, a material defect attributable to system error remains. We will evaluate the refund request in good faith under the 'Material Defect' criteria above. Final determination and any refund amount remain at fastplan.io’s discretion and are subject to the Limitation of Liability in our Terms of Service.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or report a problem, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Email support@fastplan.io with your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, copies of the Project Plan, timestamps).

2. Provide Details: Be specific about why you believe the Project Plan is defective or undelivered. Include the original User Inputs if relevant.

3. Allow Review Time: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days and will investigate. We reserve up to 14 business days to complete our review (often resolved sooner).

4. Resolution: If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The time it takes for your bank or card issuer to post the refund may vary.

Refund requests related to moderation-triggered rejections will not be accepted.


CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us, please be aware that fastplan.io will contest illegitimate chargebacks and may provide evidence of delivery, order data, and communications to the card issuer. If a chargeback is found to be invalid, we may seek to recover costs and reserve the right to withhold future services.


LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY

Subject to the Limitation of Liability in our Terms of Service, fastplan.io’s total liability for refunds or claims related to any Project Plan is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Project Plan. Refunds are not a substitute for warranty or indemnity and do not waive fastplan.io’s other rights under the Terms of Service.

fastplan.io is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use its digital products. Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Shopify Payments) are non-refundable. If an order is canceled or rejected due to moderation, such fees will not be reimbursed. Users acknowledge that all purchases are final, subject only to the exceptions listed in this policy.



NO WARRANTY FOR USER-PROVIDED CONTENT

We reiterate that the accuracy and usefulness of Project Plans depend largely on the nature and quality of the User Inputs. fastplan.io disclaims warranties regarding the fitness of any Project Plan for a particular purpose where such issues are directly caused by or substantially result from user-provided data.


THIRD-PARTY USE; NO AGENCY

Project Plans are provided for the purchaser's own use and may be incorporated into the purchaser's client work or business activities. However, purchasers are not agents, representatives, or affiliates of fastplan.io. If you share a Project Plan with a third party, including clients or business partners, you do so at your own risk. Any claims or complaints from third parties regarding the content or recommendations in a Project Plan are the responsibility of the purchaser and do not, by themselves, create entitlement to a refund. fastplan.io's liability, if any, remains limited to the terms described elsewhere in this Policy and in the Terms of Service.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Site and the 'Last updated' date will be updated. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
